Governor Brownback Calls Kansas Teen "Poopy Head" on Twitter

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback took to Twitter yesterday after a Kansas high school student refused to retract a controversial tweet in which she wrote that she had "just made mean comments at gov. Brownback and told him he sucked."
After refusing to apologize for the comments, Brownback decided to fire back on Twitter himself, referring to Emma Sullivan, the author of the tweet, as a "first-rate poopy head." The Governor's tweet has gone viral as #PoopyHead has been trending worldwide over the past 24 hours, according to executives working at Twitter.
"We want to make it perfectly clear that, contrary to recent Twitter posts, Governor Brownback does not suck," said Sherriene Jones-Sontag, the communications director for the Governor. "This is just another distortion of the truth by the ultra-liberal social media machine that continually denigrates Republican ideas and candidates."
Many Republican operatives were impressed by Brownback's response, calling it one of the most intelligent things a Republican has said in years. Indeed, his popularity has soared so much in recent days that he is now leading the polls for the upcoming Iowa caucuses in January.
Although Governor Brownback has not officially announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination for president, many people in the party believe that there is no way he can pass up this opportunity, even with the GOP filing deadline having past in October.
"Clearly, this episode demonstrates the Governor's superb ability to debate, especially with teenage girls," said Jones-Sontag. "If he can hold his own with Emma, he should have no problem with Gingrich or Romney."
Fox News contributor Dick Morris pointed out the great marketing opportunities available to Brownback if he decided to throw his hat into the ring. Speaking on "The O'Reilly Factor," Morris said, "if you think that Cain's 9-9-9 Plan is catchy, just imagine #PoopyHead on a bumper sticker.
