Sarah Palin angry that Obama answered “gotcha question” about what he reads

Perennial Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, who seems to be gobbling up as much press as she can in the hopes of scoring a spot on the Romney ticket, even though it'll obviously never, ever, happen, lashed out against President Obama today, criticizing his recent interview with Rolling Stone.
“The lamestream liberal media strikes again, don't-cha-know,” Palin said. “It's obvious they're in the bag and in cahoots with this President of theirs. They asked him what he reads, and he didn't choke on it like I did. I'll bet you they coached him on the answers first. You can always rely on the media to make hard questions easier for Democrats!”
One reporter asked Palin how they may have made it easier on President Obama. “Well, you know, my interview with Katie Couric was on the television. His interview is in, oh, what do you call that... a magazine! So his words are written down. It's a lot easier to answer questions that way, because you can type them up and use a spell checker and stuff. It's not like anyone was asking him questions in person. He probably had a team of thirty or forty speechwriters answering those for him! Oh... his interview was live, in person? Uh... lamestream media!”
Another reporter asked Palin what she thought about the answers the President provided. “He says he reads the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, and he watches the Daily Show and `Homeland' on the television. And of course he offered high praise for liberals like Jon Stewart and Paul Krugman... I don't even know who that second guy is! He must be a terrorist, you betcha!” - Return to Previous Page
